Return & Refund Policy

At CalmCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Personal hygiene products, underwear, shapewear, sweat pads, or other intimate-use items once opened.

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost whenever applicable.

If the return is due to any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
