  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

If your store offers free shipping on eligible orders, this will also be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes.

Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
